Limited Warranty
Miller 40 Parts sells genuine OEM recycled auto parts, inspected and graded to industry standards. The condition and grade of each part are disclosed at the time of sale. This Limited Warranty applies to parts purchased directly from Miller 40 Parts by the original purchaser named on the invoice.
Standard Coverage — 90 Days, Parts Only
Miller 40 Parts warrants that a covered part will be free from defects that prevent it from functioning as described for 90 days from the date of purchase. If a covered part fails within that period, Miller 40 Parts will, at its option, replace the part or refund the purchase price. This is a one-time replacement and is non-transferable. The original invoice is required — no proof of purchase, no warranty.
Parts Only — What Is Not Covered
This warranty covers the part only. It does not cover labor to install, remove, or diagnose the part, nor towing, rental, downtime, lost income, freight, or any other incidental or consequential damages. Miller 40 Parts' total liability is limited to the amount paid for the part.
Engines & Transmissions — Conditional Coverage
Covered internal components only, as set out below.
| Assembly | Coverage |
|---|---|
| Engines | Covered: the long block and its internal lubricated parts (block, cylinder head(s), crankshaft, camshaft, pistons, connecting rods & bearings, oil pump, valvetrain). Not covered: bolt-on accessories, water pump, thermostat, manifolds, sensors, wiring, gaskets/seals, and timing belts. |
| Transmissions | Covered: the case and internal lubricated parts, including the torque converter. Not covered: external mounts, linkage, and flywheel. |

- Installation or use outside the United States;
- Removing the part before Miller 40 Parts authorizes the claim.
How to Make a Claim
Contact Miller 40 Parts within the warranty period before removing or returning the part to obtain a return authorization (RMA). Provide the original invoice and diagnostic documentation from a licensed repair facility, and return the failed part for inspection. If the defect is confirmed on inspection, Miller 40 Parts pays return shipping. If inspection finds the part functional, the claim is reclassified as a customer-error return under the Return & Exchange Policy and the customer pays return shipping. Approved remedy: replacement with a comparable part or refund of the purchase price, at Miller 40 Parts' option.
Returns Are Separate From Warranty
This warranty covers defects. For uninstalled returns or exchanges (wrong part, changed mind), see the Return & Exchange Policy (30-day window, restocking fee).
